Rates
The standard charge for the initial session is $175.00 and subsequent
sessions are charged a flat rate of $160.00 per 45-60 minute session.
Notice of Good Faith Estimate
Under the federal law known as the "No Surprises Act," health care providers need to give patients who are not enrolled in a plan or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services - verbally and in writing.. If you schedule an initial appointment and you do not have insurance, or are not using your insurance benefit, Dr. Schroder can provide you a Good Faith Estimate before your scheduled appointment.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or
employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the
following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee: Reduced fees for services are available on a limited case-by-case basis.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
I appreciate 48-hour notice of cancellations. Once an appointment is
scheduled, you will be expected to pay a failed appointment charge unless
you have provided notice 24 hours in advance of the scheduled
appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment,
and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be
required to pay a $90.00 failed appointment charge (unless there were circumstances beyond everyone's control such as illness or inclement weather).
